What is Virtual Coaching?

Virtual coaching is a one-on-one session with a productivity consultant that lasts roughly 1 – 2 hours. Communication is done via video conference and telephone/email (as needed). The consultant provides guidance, focus, accountability, encouragement, resources, structure and so much more to accomplish an organizing goal while you put the plan into action.

Our professional organizers/productivity consultants are trained to listen and analyze strategically to bring to light clear goals and values. We take the big picture which can often be overwhelming and chunk it down into easy-to-manage tasks.

We understand that letting someone into your home or office to discuss your disorganization is a vulnerable and intimidating thought—even if it’s virtually (we get that). During our consultation and analysis, we vow to be nonjudgmental; where most people only see clutter, we see opportunities and ways to create organization in the space.

We provide clients with a step-by-step action plan so they know exactly what to do. During the virtual sessions, the organizer and client will co-create a strategy to implement the best system based on what will be the easiest for the client to maintain. As their space becomes more organized, clients provide feedback about what’s working and what’s not. Your professional organizer will help make adjustments and recommend products within their budget to help them stay organized.

FAQs

If at any time during your sessions, you find you need products to complete your project we can develop a shopping list with you. You can shop for items yourself or purchase items online.

Yes! We love to work with all our clients in person. If you are in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or the Triangle area in North Carolina, we can set up a time to work with you.

We use Google Meet and/or Zoom. You will need a desktop computer, iPad/Tablet, or a smartphone. It is ideal to have a hands-free headset that you can wear comfortably while you work. The headset ensures you are heard while you’re moving, working, and talking. A stand for your device is also helpful so the organizer can see the area you’re working in.

We charge $125 per hour for the initial assessment/intake. Your business organizing consultant will evaluate the number of hours it will take to accomplish your goal and make recommendations of the type of package that will best serve your needs.
