Texas girl, here! Originally, I lived in Lubbock and then moved to the Dallas area around 15 years ago. I graduated with a Human Sciences degree, which gave me a deep understanding of how people function and thrive. This supports my passion for helping people become their best selves! In my spare time, I listen to podcasts and teach fitness classes. Aside from that I am living my best toddler mom life!

Prior to joining the Sorted Out team, I worked as a Special Education teacher. This was such a meaningful experience and gave me the opportunity to truly make a difference, which I am excited to continue in this role!

I also have a background in social media management. I love the meaningful connections you can build both online and in person by being authentically you. My experience shows that I am all about creating thoughtful, practical changes that make life and work a little easier. Everyone deserves this!
