My name is Monica Bales, originally from Oakland County, MI. I moved to Plano,TX in 2011. For most of my adult life I have worked as an Administrator. Ranging from large to small corporations. Staying organized and consistent was always my strongest asset. Two and a half years ago I decided to go back to school and I currently have one semester left at Collin College. While I have been in school I have been working as a Personal Assistant in and around the North Dallas area. The families I take care of are beyond grateful because I make their home run smoothly by performing the following duties: running errands (grocery, prescription pick up, returns, or anything that needs to be stocked in the home). I also process dry cleaning (drop off, pick up, re-hang clothing) and process the mail. Around the holidays or special occasions I am handy at wrapping gifts, shopping, and decorating. If there is a special event coming up I help prep and clean up which makes everything easier! I love staying organized and helping my clients maintain an orderly home. I am also proficient on the computer with Microsoft Office Certifications and QuickBooks Online. I also do data entry, specialized spreadsheets and more!
